Our goal is to continuously expand our passionate team to be able to serve the needs of high quality hotels in Hungary, that are ready to broaden their range of services for their guests by offering the magnificent experience of aqua fitness, aqua training and aqua dance. These forms of exercise, that are already well-known in the United States and Western Europe, are becoming increasingly popular in Hungary, and these could be the perfect active relaxation for both health-conscious and fun-seeking guests on the same high service level these exclusive hotels offer.
Guests may enjoy the AQUAMAZE program as a one-time experience or - if the hotel is committed to offer a health-promoting program for its valued regular clients-, as part of an ongoing preventive treatment. In addition, an aqua fitness or aqua dance session can be a fun social activity or team building event for the hotel’s guests.
We work with the AQUAMAZE approach, influenced by the Japanese Ikigai philosophy, in the forms of aqua fitness, aqua training and aqua dance. Our program offers the hotel guests a rejuvenating exercise form, that not only burns calories and tones muscles while being gentle on the joints, but also offers a social experience and active relaxation, suitable to almost everyone regardless of age, gender and body type.
