University/High School Communities
In the corporate sector it is common practice, that in order to attracting and keeping valued staff members, companies pay special attention to employee experience, and - besides providing flexible working hours and the option of remote work -, they offer their employees health and convenience related benefits that support work-life balance. This fundamental idea led to the thought, that the academic sector would also benefit from taking part in health-promoting and community-building programs.
With our help, high-schools and universities could actively contribute to the physical and emotional well-being of their students, professors and staff members by offering our weekly health-promoting and community-building sessions. These activities also support their individual development and motivation, as well as foster the positive feeling of belonging to the school community.

In an effort to raise awareness and promote prevention, the AQUAMAZE Health-Promoting and Community-Building program offers weekly training sessions, which, regardless of age, sex and body type, have a favorable effect on the participants’ physical and mental well-being by:
- burning calories, toning muscles, while putting less impact on the joints,
- keeping people’s fitness and vitality by maintaining a good general condition,
- offering relaxation and entertainment,
- guaranteeing the feeling of achievement on individual and group level by the experience of overcoming challenges together,
- forming and keeping together communities in the long run.
To offer our partners and guests unique and exceptional services, we work with the AQUAMAZE approach, influenced by the Japanese Ikigai philosophy in the exercise forms of aqua fitness, aqua training and aqua dance.
High schools and universities can broaden their portfolio of student- and staff support services by including the AQUAMAZE Health-Promoting and Community-Building program, demonstrating a commitment to care for their health and well-being, while also fostering proactive teamwork and the sense of belonging within the academic community. The AQUAMAZE program can contribute to the success and popularity of educational institutions. We offer a variety of choices for cooperation, flexible to the available funding possibilities. We provide full services for organizing and conducting the programs. We do our best to adjust our services to the needs and external/internal requirements of the institutions as well as to adapt to the institutional culture.
Retirement Communities and Nursing Homes
Senior aqua gymnastics can be quite beneficial for elderly people’s health, helping to maintain both physical strength and mental well-being. The foundational concept of our health-promoting program originates from the Japanese philosophy known as Ikigai, which states that the key to living a long and happy life lies in healthy eating, regular enjoyable physical activity, and belonging to a community even in our old days. Following this approach we offer our programs to elderly homes which beside taking care of their residents’ daily needs actively encourage their citizens to remain motivated and to live a fulfilling and meaningful life even in their old days.
We warmly welcome retirement communities and clubs as our guests, too. We feel honored if they open their doors for AQUAMAZE to incorporate it into their social life, which we strive to make even more vibrant. Our mission is that with every session our guests would enhance the sense of community and develop a long-term habit of regular exercising.
To exercise in water is one of the best ways to keep the body in good shape, to maintain correct posture and energy level, and to keep the joy for life. Its main benefit is to shape our bodies and keep us fit without burdening the joints, making it suitable for all ages. It can be particularly beneficial in numerous health conditions, although in those cases we advise to consult a medical specialist.

We adjust the dynamics of our aqua gymnastics sessions to the general health condition of our guests, their actual mood and fitness, to ensure that everyone involved would leave feeling more fit, recharged and energized, with the sensation of achievement on both an individual and group level. The mission of AQUAMAZE senior program is to increase the lifespan and improve the life quality of elderly people, and above all, to develop motivation and perspective that makes each day worth living for.
Parent communities
Just as our body and mind need special care, so do our social connections and communities. The AQUAMAZE Health-Promoting and Community-Building program offers these simultaneously.
As caring parents, we pay close attention to our children’s health and regular exercise, and we encourage them to form and nurture friendships outside the classrooms, too. Perhaps, the way we could do even more for our children is by setting a good example and allowing ourselves the same, leading a health-conscious lifestyle. Regular physical activity, unwinding stress, the experience of music and water combined with a social get-together all contributes to this. We work with the AQUAMAZE method, influenced by the Japanese Ikigai philosophy, in the forms of aqua fitness, aqua training and aqua dance. We offer a regular exercise program that burns calories and tones muscles without burdening the joints, while fostering community-feeling and offering active relaxation.

Communities of children form -tighter or looser- communities of parents. Cooperative parent communities:
- are more efficient and inventive when sharing and accessing useful information,
- may solve the logistical challenges of their children’s school life (just think about after school activities)
- can easily gain social capital,
- experience the sense of community on a higher level,
- may enrich their own everyday lives as well as the lives of their children, their teachers and fellow parents,
- may enhance the success and popularity of the educational institution.

Both our body and mind deserves a little care. Regular exercise and a balanced diet is as beneficial to our body as good company and a fun time to our minds.
With health-consciousness and prevention in our focus, AQUAMAZE offers regular exercises in water during which our guests can overcome the challenges of workout in an enjoyable environment together with good company. We combine the AQUAMAZE program and the Japanese Ikigai philosophy in the forms of aqua training, aqua fitness and aqua dance, to create the most effective and enjoyable exercise forms in water.
We can warmly recommend the AQUAMAZE experience-based aqua gymnastic program to everyone:
- it is particularly beneficial to those adults who do sedentary work, struggle with posture problems, and/or lead a stressful life with limited exercise,
- It is also highly recommended to young people who do not engage in competitive sports but wish to exercise regularly to stay healthy and in a good shape,
- It is especially useful for those struggling with their weight,
- for elderly people it would be hard to find a more suitable and enjoyable form of group exercise.

We truly believe, that the power of community during a group exercise boosts the guests’ individual motivation, allowing them to achieve better workout results. The purpose of aqua gymnastics, however, is not to attain unattainable workout goals, but to incorporate regular enjoyable exercise into our daily routine, to maintain fitness and a healthy lifestyle, to release daily stress, not to mention burning calories, toning muscles or even detoxification. The greatest advantage of exercising in water is that it forms the body and strengthens muscles without burdening the joints, making it suitable for any age groups. It can be especially beneficial in the case of various health problems and a crucial part of recovery after sport injuries or medical surgeries, although in such cases we suggest to consult a specialist.
